I can't stop laughing because I just had this conversation:

Sayrah says (10:32 AM): Can I tell you how bad my apt smells right now? Einstein totally barfed and he's never barfed before, he took a NASTY shit and when I tried to flush both the poo and vomit it clogged. Got it unclogged now. I am so upset.
Meow says (10:33 AM): hahahahahahahahahahaha
Meow says (10:33 AM):
im laughing so hard.
Sayrah says (10:33 AM): its not funny!
Meow says (10:33 AM): But uh, Im sorry you're upset. You have to realize how funny that is...

Meow says (10:33 AM):
if I told you that happened to me you would laugh

Meow says (10:33 AM):
just light a candle
Sayrah says (10:34 AM): Ok will do

And then one minute later I said:

Meow says (10:35 AM): OMG
Meow says (10:35 AM): what is that one place called
Meow says (10:35 AM):
where we washed our hands?
Sayrah says (10:35 AM): Sabon
Meow says (10:36 AM): want!
Sayrah says (10:36 AM): I took my mom there and she compared it to heaven
Meow says (10:36 AM): omg like the celestial levels?
Sayrah says (10:36 AM): ya, top level
Meow says (10:36 AM): Wowww
Sayrah says (10:37 AM): the first time I went to Anthropologie in seattle I guess I told my mom that "These clothes must have been designed by Heavenly Mother"
Meow says (10:37 AM): hahahahahahah I bet you did say that.

And that is just proof that there is never a dull moment in my life.
Last night Lisa and I went down to Kilby Ct to go see His Name Shall Breathe and we were so excited. When we got there, all of my dreams and hopes were squashed. No one was there!!! Apparently something happened, maybe the show got moved or canceled or something but I did not receive that memo. So I was unaware of whatever changed. So I was sad. Oh well I guess.

I found a jackpot of photos from Says wedding.

641 and Felting an unfeltable quilt

So my mom is amazing, I know you've heard me say that over and over but I really mean it!! She suggested that because im moving and I don't really have a nice comforter or quilt that we should MAKE ONE. And so we did!! Paula did most of it, and I can never thank her enough. We went to Joanns and picked out some fabric. Mama sewed it up. We borrowed the quilting frames from our neighbor and they invaded the family room for about 3 days.

So there it is, in all of its quilty glory. Invading our living space.
Here is a closer look at the print:

I like black a lot. SO back to my mothers amazingosity, she basically did all of this for me. While I was at work she tied the quilt. I also got a nasty cold over the weekend and she let me be a baby and sleep while she worked her little fingers to the bone. I don't have a picture of the finished product yet but when I do, trust me, you'll be seeing it.

My dad is also pretty amazing- he is the new "sheriff" in town and he TRIES to wake us girls up early so we can go to the gym. He is really patient with us and lets me whine when its too hard or too cold or too early. It's always TOO something.
So here we are, up at the ass crack of dawn, ready to work out.

Camille and Livvy are here too!!! They got here on Sunday and they'll stay until next Thursday. Its so much fun. Olivia says all sorts of words now. Her favorite words are: ummm, cool, wanna try, and chewy of course. We dance and spin and sing and watch mermaids. I only wish Kate was here with all of us =/

So I am going to get the keys to my new house tonight!! Pictures will be coming soon. I'm very very excited. And very grateful to my family for their willingness to help me, even though they dont want me to leave.
I hope my cats adjust to their new environment.
I hope we have good water pressure.
I hope we find a cheap rug to cover up the pink carpet.

Megan is gone right now. I miss her but I cant even find the words to describe how happy I am for her that she is able to be where she is. My girls got a powerful, soulful, fascinating voice. You'll get chills I swear, just wait :)

So watch out for that pretty face. Not mine. Hers.
And I'll leave you with a photo of my babies eating fancy feast from fancy bowls.

So I found a place to live downtown. While I am very excited to have my own space and kitchen and what not, I am also feeling sad and weird about leaving my moms again. Leaving the comfort of home is something I've always done so eagerly, without even thinking twice. Not this time. I will miss seeing my mama and papa every morning. I will miss Lizzy trying to play with my cats. I will miss the smell of tamales on sunday afternoons. I will miss watching the history channel, Lord knows I cant afford television. I will miss the fire in the fireplace. I will miss eating cereal with my mom even though "I dont have time" for that.

But hey its not like i'm dying right? I work down the street and I wont ever let a week pass by without coming over at LEAST once or twice. Dont worry mommy i'll never be too far away from you. Im 22 but I still need you like I need water and air. And when the boy leaves I will be there with you.

All that aside.... HELL YES PARTY ON WAYNE!! I get to decorate!!! Dad is going to let me take Grandmas bed frame just until he can make me my very own bed frame. I dont think he realizes how special this will be to me. I plan to keep it for all eternity.

I think my cats will be really happy at the new place.
I think my dishes will be really happy at my new house too.

Camille is going to be here soon im really looking forward to that. I hope Kate will be able to come for a weekend while she is here. I love my family so much.

Not a lot has been going on lately though...

Everyone watch American Idol and vote for Megan. Thanks!
